Hartford Public Schools School Governance Councils, Year One Implementation

A key element of the Hartford Public Schools’ Strategic Operating Plan is the creation of School Governance Councils (SGCs). With an independent perspective, Achieve Hartford! has been working with the District and its training partner, Leadership Greater Hartford, in providing an objective evaluation of both the implementation and effectiveness of SGCs in this first year of operation.
