The iQuilt Plan, Phase 2

This document outlines the second phase of the iQuilt Plan.

"The iQuilt” is a loose grid of park-to-river pedestrian routes which would weave together Hartford's key cultural sites and institutions around the theme of cultural innovation.

Currently taking place throughout 2011, the iQuilt Phase 2 focuses on the design of three key elements:
• iQuilt Strategic Plan
• GreenWalk Master Plan
• Connecticut Square Master Plan
The process of designing all three plans is expected to foster community engagement and participation, and to promote economic development in the city.
