$67,000 worth of vacant lots owned by the city, that is. The city sold them at an auction held last night in the atrium of city hall. About 30 people attended the auction, which hasn't been done in Hartford in 10 years or so.
COO David Panagore said the city sold three-quarters of the properties it had on the auction block.
The total was a bit more than the $42,000 the city had hoped to realize from the event as well.
