Just two weeks after winning a court battle that cleared the way for a new development at Nelton Court, the Hartford Housing Authority has picked a contractor to help relocate the public housing residents later this year. On Monday, the authority selected the Community Renewal Team. A contract will now be negotiated. Meanwhile, the authority is reviewing applications from developers who want to remake Nelton Court.
