Bazzano Voted Clerk By Jeffrey B. Cohen September 29, 2009 The city council appointed former Council President John Bazzano to be its next city and town clerk Monday. Read the rest of our story in today's Courant. As the story mentions, two on the council -- Minority Leader Larry Deutsch and Councilman Luis Cotto -- abstained. They supported Bazzano, but not the process by which he was selected.
