Council Passes Bonus Resolution

A month or so after Cityline reported that Matt Hennessy was getting a nice, $11,450 bonus just before he retired from city government, the issue continues.

The mayor has called for a top-down review of the program. And, on Tuesday, the council unanimously approved a resolution in support of the mayor's review and strongly urging him to "halt the payment" of all new payments for potentially two months.
