After three days of testimony in the case, Angel Morales' lawyer, Robert Ludgin, this morning withdrew the lawsuit that sparked a court hearing over whether absentee ballots were mismanaged in the 4th House District primary race last month.
Morales lost the primary to incumbent state Rep. Kelvin Roldan by six votes.
The clerk's office at Superior Court in Hartford confirmed this morning that "action has been withdrawn," and that the case will no longer be heard.
