PDF Earlier this week, Cityline reported that the three-judge panel that oversees state criminal grand juries wants to enter the debate over whether to keep sealed the final report in the investigation of Mayor Eddie A. Perez. Today, lawyers from the Courant filed a motion opposing the panel's request to join in the arguments before the state Supreme Court, calling it "unnecessary, untimely" and "unrelated."
