of Mayor Peters, the Council will consider a resolution to all allocate
$150,000 Community Development Block Grant Funds to the Urban League to
renovate a new facility the Urban League is purchasing. According to the resolution, the Urban Leave

will be reprogrammed from 24th and 25th Year CDBG Future
Community Development Project Pool and the 25th year CDBG Hartford
Revitalization Fund. (Item #20)
CDBG Funds for Webster Street Properties Improvement
– On the recommendation of Deputy Mayor Sanchez, the Council will vote on a
resolution to allocate $75,000 to Stephanie Properties, LLC to rehabilitate
properties on Webster Street. Stephanie
Properties is proposing to rehabilitate the properties for retail use and
redesign the area in front of the buildings to provide semi-public outdoor
space. The funds would come from 25th
and 26th Year Community Development Block Grant Hartford
Revitalization Fund. (Item #23)
Cutter Site Sale -- On the recommendation of Deputy
Mayor Sanchez, the Council will vote on a resolution that would require the expedition of the sale of

September of 2000. If passed, the
resolution would require that the sale be expedited and a closing be held
within 45 days of passage or all else all previous approvals would be
rescinded. (Item #22)
Science Kits -- The Council will vote on a resolution to
identify $15,000 for Hartford Public Schools to help refurbish science kits and
supporting the citywide science fair. (Item #24)
