The City Neighborhood Southwest consists of Tract 5047, 5048 .


All City Neighborhoods are outlined and labeled in RED.

Each tract is represented by a different color and labeled with the tract number plus an abbreviation for the City Neighborhood . For example, Tract 5033, which lies within the Asylum Hill City Neighborhood , is labeled 5033-AH.

Surrounding Hartford Neighborhoods are also shown. Tracts that cross City Neighborhood boundaries are labeled accordingly, to indicate the name of the (s) that share(s) the tract. All portions of the tract are shown in the same color. For example, Tract 5034 (yellow) lies within Asylum Hill and Upper Albany. The portion of the tract that lies within Asylum Hill is labeled 5034-AH and the portion of the tract that lies within Upper Albany is labeled 5034-UA.
