The report presents the results of the most recent Hartford Health Survey completed in 2003. These surveys are part of the Hartford Health Department's and Hartford's Community Health Partnership's commitment to elicit feedback directly from Hartford residents on their health and their community, to be responsive to the concerns of the community, and to assess whether the needs of all segments of the community are being addressed. The Hartford Health Survey 2003 includes for the first time, a set of items addressing childhood health issues. The report is prepared by The Institute for Outcomes Research and Evaluation at Hartford Hospital. Click here for the report.
