Hartford's Newest Grocery Store Ranks Among the Least Expensive: Of the eight Hartford-based food stores surveyed in the May 23-24, 2004 price comparison conducted by the City of Hartford Advisory Commission on Food Policy, Shop Rite in Manchester rates as the store with the lowest overall prices.
